Spirit Airlines is set to unveil a new reservations and customer support feature via WhatsApp, the increasingly popular encrypted messaging app. The low-cost carrier announced this week that starting September 1, travelers will be able to book flights, change seat assignments, check bags, and chat with Spirit's guest relations department all through texts.
